Drop-ins and Class Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or transfers for missed drop-ins, or classes.
Refunds may only be issued if a program is canceled by the Recreation Department.
Youth Camp Refunds:
1. All refunds must be submitted in person by filling out a “Request for Refund” form at the Dimmitt Community Center.
2. Refunds are issued according to the following timeline:
- Full Refund: Requests must be made at a minimum of fifteen (15) business days prior to the Monday of the week of camp you are requesting to be refunded.
- Half Refund: Refund requests made 5-14 business days prior to the Monday of the week of camp you are requesting to be refunded.
- No refunds are issued for requests made 0-4 business days prior to the Monday of the week of camp you are requesting to be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for missing field trips, or days missed due to illness.
- No refunds will be issued for requests made after the conclusion of a camp day/week/etc.
- No refunds will be issued in the event of a camp suspension or expulsion.
3. Refunds are issued by check. Checks take an estimated 4-6 weeks to arrive by mail.
Membership Auto-Renewal Policy
All memberships are set to auto-renew using auto-pay at the conclusion of their term.
If you do not wish to renew, you must notify the Recreation Department in writing at least 15 days prior to your renewal date.
