In the back row of this photo are our co-employees of the year, Keith Bodeker (Construction Project Supervisor) and Kelly Flowers (Recreation Programmer I). Both of these employees received employee of the month twice this year for their commitment to excellence and yes - we couldn't just choose one winner.

Additionally, the front row of employees received awards that showcase Belleair's core values of being neighborly, empathetic, and diligent. From left to right, we have: Rick Doyle (Police Officer, "neighborly" award), Susan Lee (Human Resources Coordinator, "empathetic" award), Tena Khachab (Administrative Assistant, "empathetic" award), and Joyce Sparkman (Accounts Payable, "diligent" award).

We also honored our Public Services Coordinator, Ricky Allison, with our first annual “Excellence in Leadership” award, and his employee, Troy Cornock, with the inaugural award for “Rookie of the Year.”

Not pictured is the other "neighborly" award winner, Adolphus Merricks from the Solid Waste Department and our other "diligent" award winner, Robyn Lopez, from the Police Department.
