Post-Storm Update

Solid Waste

In the interest of focusing our efforts on post-storm cleanup, the Town of Belleair will not resume regular solid waste or recycling collection until Monday 10/3.

However, Belleair residents are able to place storm-damaged materials ONLY curbside to be collected today and tomorrow (9/29 and 9/30). Vegetative debris (branches, leaves, etc.) should be placed in a separate pile from other damaged materials (fencing, gutters, etc.)

Please be cognizant that our teams are working diligently to remove storm debris, and refrain from placing any other items or household trash curbside until Monday.

Flyer that states that regular solid waste collection will resume Monday, September 30.

Proper Sand Bag Disposal

Please do NOT place filled sand bags curbside. We ask that residents dispose of the sand on their property and then appropriately dispose of the empty bags.

Report Damage to Public Property

Residents can report damage to roads or public property using SeeClickFix here: Belleair SeeClickFix

Town staff is working diligently to remove storm debris from Belleair streets, however it may take some time to restore everything to its pre-storm condition. Our parks won’t be addressed until next week, as the primary focus is restoring streets, downed power lines and traffic lights. Thank you for your patience!

The Town of Belleair is aware of power outages and downed power lines. Duke Energy has been notified. Residents should STAY CLEAR of downed power lines.
