Kevin Piccarreto, Commissioner

Kevin J. Piccarreto is an attorney and shareholder with the law firm of Tinny, Meyer, & Piccarreto, P.A., since its formation in December 2004.  He and his wife, Nicole, have resided in the Belleair with their two children, Jack and Cole, since 2003. The Piccarreto family enjoys living in Belleair due to its unique character, the residents, and the activities offered by the Town.  

Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at Utica/Rome in 1995, magna cum laude and a doctor of jurisprudence degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1998,cum laude. After graduating law school, Kevin served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, where he tried numerous jury and non-jury misdemeanor and felony cases and held the position of Lead Trial Attorney.

After leaving the State Attorney's Office, he went into private practice where he represents clients in divorce and all types of family law cases, criminal and DUI matters, and estate planning and Probate.   He has presented informational public seminars in the areas of Divorce and Family Law issues, Estate Planning, and Asset Preservation. He has also been a guest speaker regarding Advanced Directives.  Kevin is actively involved with his children and may be seen at times at the Belleair Recreation Center with them.
