Occupational License 

Please print and fill out forms as forms can not be completed on line.  You must bring the applications to Town Hall for approval.  The Application for Occupational License must be notarized. 

If your business will be located in your home and you live in the Town of Belleair:

Fill out both the Application for Home Occupational License and the Application for Occupational License (notarized).   Bring both forms to the Clerk department at Town Hall.

If your business will be located in the Town of Belleair but not in your home: Fill out the Application for Occupational License and have it notarized.  Bring notarized form to the Clerk Department at Town Hall.
