Steve Fowler, Deputy Mayor
Steve Fowler is an Architect and the President/Director of Fowler Associates, Architects, Inc., a small firm, which provides architectural design services for a wide range of clients and project types, since 1988. He and his wife Molly, have been married for twenty-nine years and have three children; Elizabeth, an Occupational Therapist in Pinellas County, Stephen Jr., an Environmental Engineer in Palm Beach County, and Caroline a student at the University of Florida. The Fowlers’ have resided at 319 Roebling Road North in Belleair since 1976.
Commissioner Fowler has extensive experience on several volunteer boards, which he has been privileged to serve on or chair over the past twenty years, He is formerly the Chair of the Greater Clearwater Chamber of Commerce and his architectural firm received the “Small Business of the Year” award in 1999 and 2005.
Commissioner Fowler believes that serving the Town of Belleair has allowed him to give back to the community with his time and talents, because the town has been such a wonderful place to live and a beautiful environment to raise his children.
