Code Enforcement Board
The code enforcement board is a quasi-judicial body appointed by the town commission with authority to arbitrate and determine potential fines or penalties for town residents or property owners who may have violated provisions and requirements of town ordinances and land development codes. The board is authorized to issue code violations and to issue penalties to non-complying parties.
Members: A.T “Buzz” Cooper, Don Newman, Jeffery
Lopatin, Nancy Reardon, Sherrie Morton, David Grieco, and Tom Vourlos.
Board Counsel: Thomas J. Trask
Commission Advisor: Stephen R. Fowler
Membership: The board consists of seven
members and whenever possible includes at least one each
with the experience in the following areas: an architect,
businessman, engineer, general contractor, subcontractor,
realtor or environmental scientist.
Term of office: Two years staggered
Meetings: Scheduled as needed
Location: Town Hall Auditorium
