Athletic Leagues
The Belleair Recreation Department provides a wide variety of athletic leagues, including basketball, flag football, tackle football, dodgeball and soccer.

Both Fall and Spring basketball leagues are housed in the Doyle Family Gymnasium. For the past 2 years, we have hosted the Seminole Junior Warhawk League in the fall, and are in our 4th season of Belleair Basketball Spring League.
For ages 5 through 17, all teams are co-ed. The youngest age group is instructional with coaches on the floor officiating and instructing during the games, while the rest of the age groups are competitive recreational leagues, complete with playoff and championship games. In addition, the Belleair Spring League has All-Star teams and games. Spring play goes from March 8th through May 22. For more question, call (727)518-3728. The year 2010 marks the second year of tackle football at the Belleair Recreation Department. In its formative year, the Bolts were comprised of two teams. This year, the Belleair Bolts are fielding 4 teams and have added cheerleading! We are very excited to host the Bolts here at the Belleair Recreation Department Facility! Gulf Coast United Soccer
The Belleair Recreation Department's strong relationship with Gulf Coast United Soccer Club has made for a great partnership and we are proud to house them at our facility! GCU provides recreational and competitive soccer programs for over 1100 players. Offering both fall and spring soccer programs for ages 4-19, they have something for all ages an abilities.
