Left: Susan Lee (the Town's one-person Human Resources Department) is our cheerleader, our party planner, our go-to support system, and now our December, 2018 employee of the month! That month in particular, Susan had a tremendous amount of work to complete but in true "Susan style" she managed it all with a smile on her face. On top of her normal duties, this included handling two retirements, the on-boarding of several new employees, and coordinating our employee holiday party. Congratulations, Susan, and thank you for always having our backs.

Right: Congratulations to Officer Allison Daniels for being selected as our January Employee of the Month for her diligence in preventing crime in Belleair. Over a several day period in January, Officer Daniels conducted field interviews of five or six individuals walking in or near town very late at night. In her investigations, she identified that several of the subjects had a long history of criminal activity (including burglary, theft, and assault). After this interaction, one of the individuals she stopped was arrested the following night by a neighboring jurisdiction after being caught burglarizing vehicles there. It is almost certain that Officer Daniels's actions prevented criminal activity in Belleair over that period of time. Great patrol work, Officer Daniels and thank you for keeping us safe!
