Expect traffic impacts in Belleair this weekend for Saturday's Phil Doganiero 3 Bridge Race and Sunday's Honk for the Red, White & Blue veterans event.
- Several roads in the Town of Belleair will be used for Clearwater's Phil Doganiero 3 Bridge Race on Saturday, November 10. No roads in town will be closed, but there will be traffic delays from 6:00 - 11:00 am. Officers will be posted at most affected intersections to direct traffic around runners. The race track will funnel runners north on Indian Rock Road, west on Belleview Boulevard, and then north on Druid Road South and out of town. Belleair is on the tail end of the race, so we are expecting a steady stream of participants that should not clump up in any one area. - On Sunday, November 11 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm, the Belleair Community Foundation is hosting Honk for the Red, White & Blue - a memorial and concert event to honor veterans. While Indian Rocks Road will not be closed for this event, there will be heavy traffic in the area. Belleair Police Officers will be available to direct traffic and parking around the event, as traffic and noise impacts are expected from 4:30 - 8:30 pm.
